I admit that when I started out investing as an auto
mechanic, I would have loved to have access to some
of the cool internet tools that help investors find deals,
track leads, negotiate with lenders, and be more
productive.
I Have a Confession to Make
If I could have used some of the new training or tools
that you've looked at or already acquired, it would not
have taken me three and a half years to go from auto mechanic
to millionaire. So I admit that it's easier and better today than
when I got started 20 years ago.
Here's the Problem
First off, if someone invests in the latest new tool or investing gizmo
and expects to make money without any effort... well... they'll
figure out pretty soon that if you want to get ahead in this market
you're going to need to have a tremendous amount of desire and a
willingness to take action.
This is Costing You at Least $30,000 a Year
Let's assume that the tools or training you're using have found a
motivated seller, helped with all of the research, done the paperwork
for you, and now you're ready to meet with the seller and close the
deal.
Unless you're using these 5 simple steps to help sellers say "Yes!"
to your creative offer, it's costing you at the very least, $30,000
a year and most likely much, much more...
The reason I know this is because I've proven it time and again with
my own investing and with my mentorship student's investing. When
I listen in on the daily calls it's interesting to hear my coaches explain
what to say and how to say it when you're sitting down in front of
a seller.
While the scripts we teach are NOT "Magic", we have found that your
chance of "getting the deal" is greatly enhanced when you do follow
the language that we've proven to work verses just "winging it" which
is what most investors do who don't know about this.
So Here's the Deal
I'm looking for 10 more investors to bring on as my apprentice. Rather
than hire some fancy marketing department to search for the "right"
10 people, I've decided to teach these 5 simple steps for two reasons:
