You have to avoid this at all cost! Here’s the story, I’ll make it brief with just the highlights. I started wholesaling in 2003 and built and residential property portfolio that comprised of 120 rental properties worth over $36 million. In early 2005 I sold all the properties from May to November and made a killing, I mean millions! Here’s where it gets ugly… He needed a place to put all the money so some partners and I bought land, large tracks of land, to the tune of $30,000,0000… …yes, $30 million worth. Big mistake.
