Here’s the story, I’ll make it brief with just the highlights.

I started wholesaling in 2003 and built and 
residential property portfolio that comprised of 
120 rental properties worth over $36 million.

In early 2005 I sold all the properties from May to November
and made a killing, I mean millions!
